Goldfinch Health Achieves National Recovery Friendly Workplace Certification
Goldfinch Health is proud to announce that it has been officially recognized as a nationally certified Recovery Friendly Workplace by the National Recovery Friendly Workplace Institute. This prestigious certification recognizes Goldfinch’s dedication to fostering a supportive work environment for employees in recovery from, or affected by, substance use disorders (SUD).
The certification process involved rigorous evaluation across four key categories: workplace culture, hiring and retention practices, employee benefits, and education and awareness. By meeting these standards, Goldfinch has demonstrated its attention to recovery and wellness within the workplace.
